  13. dvipsk has to look at more stuff than any of the other
  14. programs using kpathsea.  On a screamer machine like
  15. the sparc 10 this doesn't seem to matter, but on almost
  16. anything else, a judicious use of symbolic links
  17. into 00TFM really pays off.

  20. programs go through since I run them on a SUN2 and a
  21. SUN3-50 most of the time.  I can hear the disk heads
  22. chasing around frantically
